RafflesStreet is an online marketplace where sellers meet buyers. Sellers can set up online stores and post their products for sale. Buyers can find the products they want and contact their seller to place order. Each store is operated by its owner.

- An attractive store logo
- A concise biz description
- Clear product photos. Better 500x500 pixels or more
- A short but descriptive product name
- Detailed product description (English + Chinese). Why do you recommend this product.
- EASY to contact you! (mobile phone + email + ...)
- Market you store! Send the link (URL) to your friends. You may find this in your store's profile.
- Keep updating your products regularly. Latest posted/changed products always appear first in many pages.
- Use promotions.
- Tag your products properly. Always use RELEVANT tags
- Read and reply comments on your products.

2. What is tagging? How to tag a product properly?
Tags are REVELANT keywords to your products. Add tags to a product is important. It enables the search engine to find your products among the thousands items. Tags are keywords, in English or Chinese, separated by commas. E.g. Korean, dress, pink, cotton, sexy, lovely, cute, 韩版, 上衣, 连衣裙, 可爱, 性感, 淑女, etc. It is better to use SINGLE words separated by commas. Try to use hot tags for your products. You can add the Tags when you post new products or edit existing products.

For the interest of both the Sellers and Buyers to transact on Rafflesstreet.com with a little more confident, RiverCommerce LLP (ACRA Reg: LL0801284W), owner of RafflesStreet.com, provides a FREE service to confirm the sellers’ identities. A safer business environment to the buyer means more willing buyers to deal with sellers’ with identities certified.
All sellers’ other information will be treated as Private and Confidential, unless review by the sellers himself on the web.

5. How to be certified?
Please note that Certification is an optional process but it will place the Sellers in a better position. RafflesStreet.com encourages the buyers to interact with the certified sellers for a more comfortable dealing.
There are two options to be certified:
Before you send your documents, please ensure you’ve entered your handphone number into your "My Profile" at RafflesStreet.com. You can enter the handphone number when you edit "My Profile" after you log in. You can choose either to show or hide your handphone number.
- To be certified by the handphone bill
- To be certified by NRIC/Pass (Higher security level)
Please note that Certification is an optional process but it will place the Sellers in a better position. RafflesStreet.com encourages the buyers to interact with the certified sellers for a more comfortable dealing.
There are two options to be certified:
- 1) Certified by handphone bill;
- 2) Certified by NRIC, work permit or employment pass.

- 1). Scan a recent handphone bill to a picture file; The handphone number stated in the bill should be the same as the one in the store’s profile at RafflesStreet.com;

Please state your store name in the email.
A seller can also send the documents via FAX to RiverCommerce at: 65-67467668
- To be certified by NRIC/Pass (Higher security level)
- 1). Scan a recent handphone bill. The handphone number stated in the bill should be the same as the one in the store’s profile at RafflesStreet.com
- 2). Scan both side of the NRIC/Pass in to picture files. The name of the card holder should be as same as the name stated in the telephone bill.
- 3). Email the scanned files to support@RafflesStreet.com. Please state your store name in the email.
